It's like talking to yourself, except this version remembers what you ate last Wednesday.
Pretend you're talking to your best friend on the phone. A couple of minutes sharing your thoughts on the day is all it takes.
You need more than yesterday's memory to get the full mimirlane experience. Record at least a week of memories to get started.
Ask mimirlane a question that you can't remember. Maybe "Who did I see at Lollapalooza?" Disclaimer: You still need to remember who you saw until you're able to record the day's memory.
Once you have enough memories, mimirlane will start to have a sense for what activities make you happier. Maybe it's working out, maybe it's binging a season of New Girl. Mimirlane will encourage you to do those things more.
That's the plan. But most people don't have a computer powerful enough to run AI models locally, so a web app version is the current priority.
I have a terrible memory and I want to use this myself. Other people seem excited by the idea, so I decided to build a version other people will be able to use as well. If it makes money that would be cool, but the primary goal here is to help myself remember things and maximize my happiness, and hopefully build something that lets others do the same.
We will never sell your data. It's too early to say what data is stored where, but encrypting as much data as possible and having strict data controls is a top priority.
No idea yet. Likely free for early beta testers, but AI stuff can be expensive. Likely will need to be a monthly subscription for the web app version and a one time purchase (or free?) local version.
